A small studio, a quiet mission.
New Century Home & Lifestyle Co. was founded in 2018 in Brandon, Florida by Cassandra Estep. After more than a decade of helping families across the Tampa Bay area downsize, relocate, and start over, Cassandra wanted to build something slower and more personal than the corporate organizing companies she'd worked with.
Today the studio is a tight team of three. We take on a handful of projects each month — never more than we can pour ourselves into — and we still answer every email ourselves. There is no hotline, no salesperson, no upsell. Just a quiet promise to treat your home the way we treat our own.
Family first
We schedule around school pickups and quiet hours. The home doesn't stop running while we're there.
Buy less, keep better
We invest in good baskets and labels — but only where they earn their keep. Nothing for the sake of a photo.
Donate locally
We partner with Metropolitan Ministries, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, and several Brandon-area shelters.
How we got here.
- 2010Cassandra leaves her corporate role to help families relocate after Hurricane charley recovery work.
- 2014First full-time organizing partnership with a local interior design firm in South Tampa.
- 2018New Century Home & Lifestyle Co. is officially registered in Brandon, FL.
- 2021Move-management division launches; first 100-home milestone.
- 2024Studio expands to a team of three serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sarasota counties.
