Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of info-newcentury.com (the "Site") and any services provided by New Century Home & Lifestyle Co., a Florida sole proprietorship owned by Cassandra Estep ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide professional home organizing, decluttering, and move-management services in the Tampa Bay area. The exact scope, schedule, and price for each engagement is confirmed in a written project plan signed by both parties before work begins.

Bookings & cancellations

A 30% deposit secures your project dates and is credited toward your final invoice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are not charged. Inside that window, a 50% session fee applies so we can compensate our team for held time.

Property & care

We treat every home with care. We carry general liability insurance and document high-value items before handling them. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed fragile items, or items removed by the client during a session.

Donations & disposal

With your written consent, items you choose to release may be donated to our local partners. Receipts are kept and shared on request. Items intended for resale, gift, or family transfer remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Photography

We may photograph finished work for portfolio and educational use. No image will be published without your explicit written consent, and we never include identifying personal details.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by New Century Home & Lifestyle Co. or used with permission. You may share short excerpts with attribution; broader use requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
