No surprises, ever.

We believe an organizing project should feel like the opposite of stressful. Here's exactly how we work, from the first phone call to the last photograph.

Discovery call

A short, no-pressure phone conversation. You tell us what's on your mind — a single drawer or an entire move — and we ask honest questions about your household, your timeline, and your budget. We never quote on this call; we listen.

In-home walk-through

We visit your home, take measurements and reference photos (kept private), and walk through every space you'd like us to consider. Within three business days you receive a written plan with a flat-fee estimate and proposed dates.

60–90 minutes · $95, credited toward your project

Organizing sessions

We arrive on the agreed mornings with our own supplies, donation bins, and labeling kit. Most clients prefer to be at home for the first hour and then let us work. We send a photo update at lunch and a tidy summary each evening.

Typically 2–6 sessions, 4–6 hours each

Reveal & maintenance

On the final day, we walk you through every system together — what's where, why, and how to keep it that way. Sixty days later we return for a free tune-up. After that, you're welcome to schedule us quarterly or simply when life calls for it.

Do I need to clean before you arrive?

Please don't. We'd rather see the home as it actually lives — it helps us design systems that hold up on a Tuesday morning, not just a photo shoot.

Do you bring supplies?

We bring a starter kit of labels, sorting bins, and basic dividers. For final containers we shop with you in mind and present options before purchasing anything.

What happens to my donations?

We haul them away in our own vehicles to local partners including Metropolitan Ministries, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, and Brandon-area shelters. Receipts are provided.

Is my information private?

Always. We do not share photographs of your home without written permission, and we never post identifying details on social media.

Do you work with seniors or estates?

Yes — gently. A large part of our work is helping families through downsizing, transitions to assisted living, and clearing a loved one's home.

What if I cancel?

We ask for 48 hours' notice. Inside that window we charge half of the scheduled session so we can pay the team for their held time.
