Debra founded New Century Info in 2014 after nearly twenty years leading research and operations inside privately held companies. She built the firm around a simple idea: business owners deserve advice that arrives on time, in writing, and without a software upsell attached.
Before starting the firm, Debra held research and analytics leadership roles across retail, logistics and professional services. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has completed continuing coursework in applied statistics and market research methodology.
She lives outside Umatilla, Florida, with her family and works with a small circle of long-time collaborators on client projects that call for extra hands.
