What we do

Three quiet superpowers for busy owners

We don't sell software or dashboards you'll never open. We sit down, listen, and hand you a short document you can act on this quarter.

Market Research

Buyer interviews, competitor mapping and pricing studies to answer the questions your team keeps arguing about.

Data Analytics

We clean the numbers you already have — CRM, POS, spreadsheets — and translate them into plain-English recommendations.

Information Strategy

A calm, written plan for what you should collect, measure and share across the business over the next 12 months.

About the founder

Advice that sounds like a neighbor, backed by real research.

New Century Info was founded by Debra Driggers after two decades of watching good businesses drown in dashboards and buzzwords. The firm keeps a deliberately small book of clients so every engagement gets a senior thinker on it — not a rotating cast of juniors.

  • Senior consultant on every project, start to finish
  • Written deliverables you can circulate to your board
  • Fixed fees agreed up front — no surprise invoices
  • Discreet: we sign an NDA before the first meeting

Research

We do the reading, the interviews and the number-crunching. You stay focused on running your company.

Why owners hire us

Because generic dashboards don't run a business — decisions do.

Most of our clients arrive with plenty of data and no time to interpret it. We translate what's in your systems into a short, ranked list of things worth doing next quarter — and we defend our reasoning in writing.

  • Independent point of view — we don't resell software
  • Comfortable with messy CRMs, mixed spreadsheets, legacy POS
  • Written in plain English, not consultant jargon
  • Available for follow-up questions long after delivery

Common questions

Straight answers before we ever talk

Do you work with businesses outside of Florida?

Yes. Roughly two-thirds of our clients are elsewhere in the United States. Most engagements are handled remotely with a handful of scheduled calls; we travel on request.

What size company is a good fit?

Owner-operated and family-run businesses roughly between $1M and $50M in annual revenue. We're happy to say when we're not the right partner.

How much does a typical engagement cost?

Focused research projects usually start around $3,500 and are always quoted as a fixed fee before we begin. Retainers are also available for ongoing analytics work.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Always, before the first working meeting. Everything we see stays with us.

Have a decision on your desk?
