• Contact requests: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional) and the content of any message you send us via the Site, email, or phone.
• Client information: when you become a client we may collect additional business information necessary to perform the engagement, including financial data, employee data (where relevant), and other confidential material you share with us under a written agreement.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of the request. This is standard server-side logging used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide requested information about our services.
• To perform the consulting services agreed under a written engagement letter.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.

• Service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver client work (for example our web host, email provider, and secure file-storage vendor). Each is bound by written confidentiality obligations.
• Subcontracted specialists occasionally retained on client engagements, and only after you are informed.
• Government or regulatory bodies if required by law, court order, or valid legal process.
• A successor entity in the event of a business transfer, subject to this Policy.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.

7. Data retention

We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact. Client engagement records are kept for seven (7) years after the end of the engagement to comply with tax and professional recordkeeping requirements, then securely deleted.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access-controlled cloud storage, and role-based access to client materials. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK residents).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
