Answer the questions your team keeps arguing about

Should we raise prices? Is this new competitor pulling our customers? Are we chasing a segment that isn't worth it? Market research answers those questions in a way you can act on — and in a way you can defend to a board or a lender.

  • Structured customer & prospect interviews (10–25 per study)
  • Competitor pricing and positioning maps
  • Category and segment sizing using public + first-party data
  • Written recommendations, ranked and time-boxed

Turn what you already have into what you can act on

Most of the businesses we work with have five or ten years of data sitting in tools they've stopped opening. We take those exports, clean them, and produce a short document that answers the specific questions on your desk this quarter.

  • CRM, POS, e-commerce and finance data supported
  • Cohort, retention, pricing and channel analyses
  • Plain-English write-up, not a dashboard you'll never open
  • Optional lightweight reporting template you can maintain

A calm, written plan for the next twelve months

Owners often don't need more data — they need agreement on which data matters, who owns it, and how it gets shared. Our information-strategy engagement produces a short document that gets you, your team and your advisors on the same page.

  • Inventory of the data you already collect and where it lives
  • Recommended KPIs and reporting cadence
  • Ownership map — who is responsible for what number
  • Prioritized 12-month roadmap with realistic milestones

Common questions

Frequently asked

How long does a typical project take?

Most focused engagements run three to six weeks from kickoff to written deliverable. Larger information-strategy projects can run eight weeks.

Do you offer retainers?

Yes. After a first project, many clients keep us on a monthly retainer for ongoing analytics and quarterly reviews.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Almost certainly. We work with data as it comes — spreadsheets, CSV exports, database dumps, PDFs. We do not require you to buy new software.

Will my information stay confidential?

Yes. We sign an NDA before the first working meeting and treat all client information as confidential indefinitely.

Do you sub-contract the work?

The lead consultant is always in-house. For large projects we occasionally bring in a small number of trusted collaborators, always disclosed in advance.

Ready to scope a project?

Tell us what's on your desk. We'll come back within one business day with either a proposal or a straight referral to someone better suited.
